Potential Side Effects

The most common side effects include mild discomfort at the injection site or slight bruising, which can be managed in partnership with your healthcare provider. Less common side effects, include prapism (an erection lasting longer than 4 hours). Proper dosing and following the instructions from your healthcare provider are important to reducing the risk of side effects.
